Authors whose abstracts have been selected to be presented as Posters at the Congress are required to print out their posters and mount and remove their paper posters in the Poster Area during designated time slots. Authors should stand by their posters and answer questions from delegates during Poster Viewing Session times.
The Congress will supply the board, with a sign noting your poster number. The number sign does NOT include the abstract title or listing of authors. Mounting material will be provided by Congress staff at the Poster Help Desk in the Poster Exhibition.
In addition to the obligatory paper poster, to ensure maximum exposure, authors are encouraged to submit their poster in electronic form (free of charge). Posters submitted as ePosters will be featured on ePoster Terminals at the Congress Centre where they can be browsed onsite, as well as on the ILTS Onsite Congress Resource Platform, accessible for delegates and members of ILTS only after the Congress.
Poster Printing Service
Please note that there is no printing service at the Metropolitan Toronto Convention Centre.
